The story behind
my 'why'.

The unfiltered version. The one I usually tell over coffee.

👋 Hey, I’m Ryan.

I'm Maltese, currently typing this from somewhere with decent wifi and a worse coffee than I'd like.

I've been working remotely for over two years, mostly from surf towns, islands, and colivings across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.

The work bit.

I help businesses figure out why they exist, who they're for, and what to actually say.

Across B2B, B2C, and most things in between.

Different industries, same starting point.

A master's in digital marketing, and four years in marketing across agency, in-house and freelance.

But that's only one side of the story …

The other side.

Probably doing one of the things in the collage above.

Surfing badly, trail running somewhere I shouldn't be, snorkelling and explaining marketing to fish.

Also: a sucker for a good game of chess, training for Hyrox at a heart rate I probably shouldn't be sustaining, and burning enough calories to justify a fridge full of cheeeeese.

Malta, by the way, tiny island below Sicily, smallest country in the EU, own language, drives on the left ;)

Currently.

→ reading 'Diary of a CEO' by Steven Bartlett.

→ obsessed with how AI can build crazy websites (testing some out with Base 44 & Hostinger)

→ training for my Hyrox competition in September.

→ avoiding burpees at all costs.

→ mostly outdoors, with salty hair and questionable tan lines …
